In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout:

• "rich88" or "the Platform" refers to the online gaming and casino platform operated at rich88.fyi, including all games, services, promotions, and communication channels associated therewith.
• "Member" or "You" refers to any individual who has registered a verified account on rich88 and is subject to these Terms & Conditions.
• "PKR" refers to the Pakistani Rupee, the sole transactional currency of the rich88 platform.
• "Account Balance" refers to the total of real-money PKR funds held in a Member's rich88 account, excluding any bonus funds until wagering requirements are satisfied.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any PKR credited to a Member's account as a promotional incentive, subject to separate wagering and usage conditions as specified in individual promotion terms.
• "RNG" refers to the independently certified Random Number Generator used to determine outcomes in all virtual casino games hosted on rich88.
• "Responsible Gaming Tools" refers to deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion features available to all Members within their rich88 account settings.

References to "these Terms" include all policies, rules, and supplementary documents incorporated herein by reference, including the rich88 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy accessible from the footer of every page.

To register a valid rich88 account, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform.
• Provide a valid, active Pakistan mobile telephone number in your own name for account verification and OTP delivery.
• Not be an existing holder of a rich88 account. Each individual may hold only one account. rich88 enforces a strict one-account-per-person policy.
• Not be self-excluded from the rich88 platform via the self-exclusion tool or via a request to the rich88 support team.
• Not be registering on behalf of a third party or for the purpose of facilitating a third party's use of the platform.
• Not be a current or former employee, contractor, or affiliate of rich88 or any of its technology providers, where participation would constitute a conflict of interest.

By completing the registration process, you warrant and represent that all information you have provided is accurate, complete, and current. You undertake to update your account information promptly if any details change. rich88 reserves the right to request verification of your identity, age, and payment method at any point and to suspend your account pending completion of such verification.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your rich88 login credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP codes sent to your registered Pakistan mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

• You must notify the rich88 support team immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account or if your registered mobile number has been compromised.
• All activity conducted on your rich88 account — whether or not you authorised it — is your responsibility unless you report a security breach to the support team promptly.
• rich88 will never ask you to disclose your password through any communication channel, including WhatsApp, Telegram, or email. Any message requesting your password is fraudulent and should be reported to the support team immediately.
• rich88 may require enhanced identity verification (KYC) at any time, including prior to processing a withdrawal, in order to comply with applicable anti-money laundering obligations. KYC may include providing a government-issued identification document and proof of payment method ownership.

All financial transactions on rich88 are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). rich88 supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals:

• Easypaisa mobile wallet
• JazzCash mobile wallet
• HBL (Habib Bank Limited) bank transfer
• UBL (United Bank Limited) bank transfer
• MCB Bank bank transfer
• IBFT inter-bank transfers via any Pakistan-registered bank with online banking

rich88 reserves the right to reverse a withdrawal back to the Member's account balance in cases where fraud, suspicious activity, or KYC non-compliance is identified during the processing period. Members will be notified in such cases and given a reasonable opportunity to resolve the matter through the support team.

rich88 offers promotional bonuses to both new and existing members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to these general terms and any specific terms attached to the individual promotion. In the event of a conflict between these general Terms and specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms prevail for that promotion only.

• The rich88 welcome bonus offers a 100% match on a new Member's first qualifying deposit, up to a maximum bonus value of 5,000,000 PKR. The minimum qualifying deposit for this promotion is 500 PKR.
• All welcome and deposit-match bonuses carry a wagering requirement of ×15 (fifteen times the bonus amount), which must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited.
• Wagers placed in all rich88 Casino game categories contribute toward bonus wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise in individual promotion terms.
• Each Member is entitled to claim the welcome bonus once only. Members who use multiple accounts, referred accounts, or shared payment methods to claim the welcome bonus more than once will have all bonus amounts and derived winnings forfeited.
• rich88 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, including where a promotion is found to be subject to exploitation or technical error.
• Bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not met within the applicable time window. Expired bonuses and associated winnings are forfeited automatically and cannot be reinstated.

All virtual casino games on rich88 — including Jackpot Slots, Hot Pot draw games, and virtual table games — use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems to determine game outcomes. No outcome is influenced by bet size, timing, player history, account status, or any other extrinsic factor.

• The Return to Player (RTP) percentage and volatility rating for each Jackpot Slot title are published within the game information panel prior to play. rich88 does not alter published RTP figures.
• Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical game elements — cards, dice, roulette wheels — and are not subject to RNG. Live games are streamed in real time from professional studios with multiple camera angles.
• Cockfighting events are live streams of real professional bouts. Betting outcomes are determined by the result of the actual event. rich88 does not influence or have any control over the outcome of live events.
• In the event of a game technical malfunction, disconnection, or result being voided, all stakes relating to the affected game round will be returned to the Member's account balance. Bets in progress at the time of a disconnection are treated according to individual game rules as published in each game's help section.
• rich88 reserves the right to void any bet or game outcome where technical error, software malfunction, or human error has resulted in an incorrect outcome or payout being displayed. Members will be notified of any such void and refunded their original stake.

rich88 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all Members at no cost and can be activated immediately from within your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the total PKR you can deposit into your rich88 account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the total PKR you can lose in a defined period. Loss limit reductions take effect immediately.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a defined period of continuous play to encourage breaks.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your rich88 account for a period of your choosing — from 24 hours up to 6 months. During a cooling-off period, you cannot log in, deposit, or place bets. Your balance is preserved.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your rich88 account with a self-exclusion request. Self-exclusion is irreversible for a minimum period of 6 months and can be extended to permanent closure. Contact the rich88 support team via WhatsApp or Telegram to initiate self-exclusion, and it will be implemented within 24 hours of your request.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the rich88 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and permanent closure of your account:

• Registering more than one rich88 account, whether under your own name or any alias, for any purpose.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any software designed to interact with the rich88 platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or technical malfunctions to generate winnings that would not have occurred in normal game play.
• Colluding with other Members in live dealer games, sports betting, or any other game format to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to launder money or conduct any financial fraud through the rich88 deposit and withdrawal system.
• Using the rich88 platform to circumvent tax obligations or conduct any activity that violates applicable Pakistani financial regulations.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at any stage of registration, KYC verification, or support communication.
• Accessing the rich88 platform while under the influence of any court order, self-exclusion agreement, or third-party exclusion scheme that restricts your gambling activity.

rich88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Member account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within a reasonable time following a request from rich88.
• Detection of fraudulent activity, attempted money laundering, or any other criminal conduct.
• Detection of a duplicate account belonging to the same individual.
• Abuse of the bonus system, including but not limited to multi-accounting for bonus claims or systematic bonus hunting that violates the spirit of a promotion.
• A Member's request for self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming policy.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the Member's PKR balance is preserved during the investigation period. Where an account is closed due to confirmed breach of Terms, any bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings are forfeited. Real-money deposits that are not subject to bonus wagering requirements will be returned to the Member's nominated payment method after completion of any required verification, unless the closure is due to fraud or criminal activity, in which case funds may be held pending legal review.

Members may close their own rich88 account voluntarily at any time by contacting the support team via WhatsApp or Telegram. Any remaining real-money balance will be withdrawn to the Member's registered payment method within five business days of account closure confirmation.

All content on the rich88 platform — including but not limited to game software, graphics, animations, audio, text, logos, trademarks, and the rich88 brand identity — is the exclusive intellectual property of rich88 or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership, licence, or right to reproduce, distribute, adapt, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any rich88 intellectual property for commercial or non-commercial purposes without express written consent.

Game titles, studios, and provider names referenced on rich88 remain the intellectual property of their respective owners. rich88 operates under appropriate licensing arrangements with all content providers.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rich88 excludes liability for:

• Financial losses incurred as a result of gambling on the rich88 platform, including losses resulting from game outcomes, technical malfunctions, or Member errors.
• Losses arising from interruptions to platform availability, including scheduled maintenance, unplanned downtime, or connectivity issues on the Member's device or network.
• Losses arising from the Member's failure to secure their login credentials or resulting from unauthorised access to their account where the Member has not promptly reported a security concern.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses of any kind arising from use of or inability to use the rich88 platform.

rich88's total liability to any Member for direct damages arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total value of that Member's real-money deposits made in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits rich88's liability for death or personal injury caused by gross negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

rich88 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the rich88 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By creating a rich88 account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

The types of data collected include your Pakistan mobile number, account activity data, payment transaction records, and device and browser information used for fraud prevention. rich88 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with payment processors, game software providers, and regulatory bodies where legally required.

rich88 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, rich88 will provide notice to active Members via their registered Pakistan mobile number or via a prominent notification upon next login. Minor changes, corrections, and clarifications may be made without individual notice.

Your continued use of the rich88 platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting the support team. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which rich88 operates. In the first instance, any dispute between a Member and rich88 should be submitted to the rich88 support team, which will endeavour to resolve the matter within 10 business days of receiving a formal written complaint.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process, the parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any other legal remedy. rich88 operates a formal complaints procedure available upon request through the support team.
